BairesDev Associate Program

Remote | US, Canada & Latin America | 6 Months | Paid Applications close June 15, 2026. The program starts July 1, 2026 BairesDev is looking for 3 to 5 early-career marketers to join its growth team for six months of paid, embedded work. You won't be writing social captions or sitting in on strategy meetings. You'll be running campaigns, building AI-powered marketing tools, and presenting results to the people who control the budget. Work includes campaign performance analysis using AI agents, buyer behavior modeling, competitive landscape research, and structured growth experiments across paid and organic channels. Everything ships to real audiences. Everything gets measured. The program is built around AI-native workflows because that's how the team operates. Candidates who've already built something with AI, whether that's an automated reporting tool, a lead scoring system, or a content workflow, will have a clear advantage. Compensation is competitive and set by the local market. The cohort is kept small by design so associates get direct exposure to senior growth marketers who've run campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. Top performers are considered for full-time roles. Open to pre-career talent based in the US, Canada, and Latin America.
