Job Description Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews. Prepare and process HR documentation, such as contracts, letters, and onboarding materials. Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee data. Respond to HR-related queries from employees and external stakeholders. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Administrator should have: A strong understanding of administrative processes in a Human Resources setting. Proficiency in using HR software and general office applications. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. What's on Offer Annual Salary of £25000 to £27000 per annum, depending on experience.
