Location: London - 5 days in office
Rate £300 - £350 Outside ir35

We are an established company with a strong, "old-school" team culture. We believe the best work happens when we're together, which is why this role is based 5 days a week in our Armstrong Road office. You'll be joining a team of around eight professionals where you can easily "pass things over the fence," collaborate on solutions, and be part of a social office environment (we're even setting up a big screen for the World Cup!)
 
We need a hands-on engineer, not a high-level consultant. Your primary focus will be on the practical application and buildability of designs for London's transport network.
 
Your role will involve:
 
- Writing technical reports and specifications.
- Sketching drawings for the CAD team.
- Designing for a range of operational comms systems including CCTV, PA, help points, fibre optics, and telephony.
- Problem-solving within a legacy technology environment.
 
We are looking for someone who:
 
- Has strong technical acumen in operational comms.
- Can demonstrate an ability to produce practical, buildable designs.
- Is a stable professional looking for a long-term opportunity.
- Thrives in a collaborative, in-office team setting. (A TfL background is a bonus, but not essential).
