Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat Manage guest enquiries relating to bookings, treatments, dining, and other services Ensure guest information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date Process online and third-party bookings efficiently and accurately Log, manage, and escalate guest complaints professionally Maintain high service standards while achieving daily and monthly performance targets Support internal bookings for staff, contractors, and issue resolution Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider group Skills & Experience Required: Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional approach Previous customer service experience (hospitality experience is an advantage) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Proactive problem-solving skills with a team-focused mindset A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service For immediate consideration, please apply now.
