You’ll be part of a high-performing finance team , working closely with the Credit Control Manager and playing a key role in protecting the business while helping to drive growth. What You’ll Be Doing In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll: Take ownership of customer accounts, assessing credit risk and making informed decisions on credit limits Build strong relationships with customers while confidently managing debt collection and payment negotiations Proactively monitor accounts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and minimise risk exposure Review credit reports and respond quickly to changes, protecting the business from potential risk Resolve queries and disputes efficiently to keep accounts moving and cash flow strong Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and commercially balanced approach to credit control Support key processes including invoicing, account reviews, and order releases Take a proactive approach to improving processes and identifying efficiencies within the finance function What We’re Looking For We’re keen to speak with motivated individuals who bring: Proven credit control experience (3+ years) with strong knowledge of credit risk management Confidence in making decisions and managing challenging conversations A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, confident telephone manner The ability to analyse financial information and identify potential risks A team-oriented approach with a willingness to contribute ideas and improvements Good working knowledge of Excel and credit reporting tools Why Apply?
