Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive stock condition surveys across the council's properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained. Responsibilities Carry out stock condition surveys across Council-owned residential properties Accurately record survey data using digital systems and technology Assess building condition and identify remedial works Apply HHSRS knowledge in identifying and recording hazards Work collaboratively with the wider Property Services team Requirements: Proven experience in stock condition surveying Strong building surveying knowledge A recognised HHSRS qualification Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence and competence in using digital technology for surveys and reporting A conscientious, enthusiastic, and professional approach to work
