Job Description

We are seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to support the development and optimisation of semiconductor manufacturing processes. This hands-on role will involve process design, characterisation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a small R&D and production team working on III-V semiconductor materials. Semiconductor Process Engineer - Key Responsibilities: * Develop and optimise semiconductor fabrication processes such as photolithography, etching, deposition, and wafer cleaning. * Analyse process data to identify trends and improve performance. * Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions. * Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product introduction and scale-up. * Document process specifications and operating procedures. Requirements: * Degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in semiconductor processing within a cleanroom environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of process characterisation and statistical analysis techniques.
