This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a fast-moving business, thrives in a people-focused environment, and takes pride in providing seamless support whilst building strong relationships across the team. The Role • Supporting a team of three executives with busy and ever-changing diaries • Coordinating international travel, meetings, itineraries, and expenses • Managing scheduling across multiple time zones • Supporting with presentations, events, onboarding, and wider team coordination • Acting as a polished and welcoming point of contact for guests and visitors • Assisting with front-of-house/reception cover as part of a collaborative support team • Getting involved across the business and helping keep the office running smoothly day-to-day About You • Previous Executive Assistant or Team Assistant experience within a fast-paced, professional environment • Highly polished, warm, engaging, and confident communicating at all levels • Degree educated preferred • Organised, proactive, and naturally solutions-focused • Happy working within a collaborative, hands-on culture • Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and brings positive energy to the workplace This is an exceptional opportunity for a personable and ambitious EA looking to join an amazing team with an outstanding culture and genuinely exciting working environment, initially on a 10-month FTC with potential to become permanent.
