We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Inbound Customer Services Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping customers and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. The Role Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues Updating customer records and processing requests Delivering a high standard of customer care at all times Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets What We’re Looking For Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred Strong communication and listening skills Confident using computer systems and databases Positive attitude with a customer-first approach Reliable and able to work a rotating 3/2 shift pattern What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rate of £13–£14 per hour Modern office location in the West End Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Immediate interviews available If you’re passionate about customer service and looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
