Highly competitive salary 12-month fixed-term contract Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Subsidised gym membership A variety of health, wellness, and lifestyle packages Key Responsibilities of the HR Legal EA (12-Months FTC): Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Transformation functions Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proactively anticipating needs and adapting to changing business demands Support and coordinate HR projects and initiatives, helping drive effective delivery across the wider HR team Facilitate onboarding and integration of new joiners within HR and stakeholder teams, ensuring a smooth and connected employee experience Support early careers talent by signposting internal resources and helping individuals navigate available support channels Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, including the use of AI tools to streamline ways of working Prepare reports, presentations and documentation using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and collaborate effectively within a small, high-performing HR support team Skills & Requirements of the HR Legal EA (12-Months FTC): Senior-level Legal PA / Legal EA experience ideally gained from a law firm Experience supporting HR / wider business services teams is highly advantageous Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and meetings A high level of proficiency with the MS Office suite
