Employment Legal EA (12-Months FTC) An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Legal EA with strong organisational capabilities to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload, supporting a Partner, Counsel, and two Senior Associates within a busy and highly regarded Employment team. Salary to £60,000 Hybrid pattern requiring 3 days in the office 12-month fixed-term contract Generous employee benefits City location Key Responsibilities of the Employment Legal EA (12-Months FTC): Manage busy inboxes and complex diaries, coordinating around active deal timelines and key transaction milestones Produce high-quality correspondence on behalf of stakeholders, including drafting client engagement documentation Facilitate WIP reporting and billing processes in line with client and matter requirements Deliver proactive support across business development activities and wider firm initiatives Maintain and update CRM systems, including Salesforce and InterAction/Interhive Support collaboration across a busy, fast-paced team environment Assist with team social activities and internal committee coordination Skills & Requirements of the Employment Legal EA (12-Months FTC): Senior-level Legal PA / Legal EA experience gained from a law firm Employment experience with Partner allocations Experience with billing processes and legal billing systems such as 3E, or the ability to quickly adapt to billing-heavy environments Proficiency in CRM systems including Salesforce and InterAction/Interhive Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills within a support team structure
