Executive Assistant to Partner We’re currently working on a new and exciting Executive Assistant opportunity with a highly regarded investment firm, offering the chance to join a collaborative London office within a wider international business. Despite their global presence, the team has a close-knit and friendly feel, with a genuinely social and supportive culture. This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting a busy senior stakeholder within a fast-paced team, alongside a small number of additional team members. It’s a position that requires a proactive, highly organised approach, with a strong emphasis on building trust and anticipating needs. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Complex diary management Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries Managing expenses Supporting additional team members as required Assisting with occasional office coordination and ad hoc tasks You will also liaise with colleagues across international offices, making this a well-connected and visible role within the wider business. This opportunity would suit someone confident, adaptable, and naturally proactive, who enjoys taking ownership and working at pace. A team-oriented mindset is key, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and communicate with senior stakeholders. Previous experience supporting at a similar level within a professional or financial services environment will be beneficial.
