Location: Remote Contract: Temporary, 5 weeks Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) Salary: £18.08 to £20 per hour (+ holiday) (£33,000 to £36,500 salaried equivalent) Start Date: ASAP Prospectus is proud to be supporting our client, an international think tank, in their search for a temporary Project Coordinator . Responsibilities: Review all incoming submissions to ensure alignment with organisational ethos and guidelines Fact-check key details (e.g. dates, venues, and links) to ensure accuracy prior to publication Use the CMS/portal to edit, tag, and categorise content to optimise website navigation Provide clear and constructive feedback to contributors on required amendments via the portal Process high volumes of updates to existing listings to ensure information remains accurate and up to date Requirements: Recent, relevant experience in a similar role within a not-for-profit organisation Knowledge of events and projects coordination Confidence using CRM systems and databases High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with capability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Collaborative and proactive approach CVs will be reviewed on a rolling basis so early applications are strongly encouraged to avoid missing out.
