Event/Conference Coordinator City of London £25 - £30 per hour We are currently seeking an experienced Event/Conference Coordinator to join a fast-paced professional environment on an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and advanced MS Excel capabilities. Experience working within a banking or financial services environment is highly desirable. What you’ll do: Coordinating conferences, meetings and corporate events end-to-end Managing schedules, attendee communications and logistics Preparing reports, tracking budgets, and maintaining accurate records Producing and analysing data using advanced MS Excel Liaising with senior stakeholders, vendors and internal teams Supporting multiple projects within tight deadlines What you’ll need: Previous experience working in a fast paced environment, preferably financial services/investment banking Strong MS Excel skills including reporting, formulas and data management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively Experience in events or investor conferences desired REF: AJL181545 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
