We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Assistant to support our busy Property team due to continued growth. Day-to-day of the role: Provide administrative and legal support to conveyancers. Manage the opening and closing of client files in line with compliance procedures. Handle correspondence with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors. Assist in drafting standard documentation, contracts, and completion statements. Conduct property searches and submit Land Registry applications. Address client queries professionally and promptly. Assist with post-completion work and maintain files efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and professional approach with a strong focus on client service. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
