Owen Reed is looking for a Document Production Specialist for a top law firm in London. 📍 Remote Working 🕓 4:00pm – Midnight | Monday to Friday An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Document Production Specialist to join the Evening Team of a highly regarded international law firm. Working within a busy and collaborative in-house document production team, you will support offices globally by delivering high-quality document services across multiple practice areas. The successful candidate will have strong document formatting and production experience within a legal or professional services environment and will be confident managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: • Creating, formatting and updating pitches, presentations, posters and branded materials • Transcribing legal documents from digital dictation and speech recognition software • Producing, amending and reformatting complex legal documentation in line with house styles • Managing document comparisons, conversions and formatting across various file types • Supporting high-volume workflow while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail • Liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure work is completed within required deadlines • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times Skills & Experience Required: • Previous experience within Document Production, Word Processing or Legal Secretarial roles • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong document formatting skills • Experience within a legal or corporate professional services environment is advantageous • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach • High attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset • Ability to work independently within a remote working environment Benefits Include: • Fully remote working arrangement • Structured training and career development opportunities • Healthcare, wellness and additional employee benefits • Inclusive and supportive team culture • Opportunity to work for a leading international law firm This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Document Production Specialist looking to join a professional and well-established evening team.
