CR2 Security Group are recruiting experienced DS Licensed Security Personnel for an exciting long-term project based in Bristol City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile operation supporting Bristol’s night-time economy, working alongside key partners and stakeholders across the city. We are looking for professional, approachable, and confident individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards at all times. Shift Pattern Every Friday and Saturday night 20:00 – 04:00 You will provide a visible and reassuring presence across Bristol City Centre, supporting businesses, visitors, and members of the public. Working Alongside You will regularly liaise with: Police services Local authorities and councils Licensed venues Specialist outreach and support teams What We Offer £15.50 per hour PAYE Annual pay increases in line with inflation Weekly pay every Friday Optional rolled-up holiday pay, increasing your hourly rate to £17.37 per hour Company pension scheme (automatic enrolment with opt-out available should you wish to opt out) Full uniform and PPE provided free of charge Stable, ongoing work on a project with a minimum 4-year term Bespoke in-house training and professional development Free SIA refresher training Support with SIA licence renewals Unlike many companies in the industry, CR2 Security Group do not make unnecessary deductions for uniforms, PPE, insurance, or standard operational equipment.
