Overview A thriving accountancy firm is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team. Known for their supportive culture, this firm offers a full range of accountancy, taxation, payroll and advisory services. This is a Full Time role Monday to Friday Salary depends on experience/qualifications. Duties Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients across a range of industries. Preparing and submitting VAT returns in line with statutory deadlines. Preparing Self Assessment Tax Returns Processing monthly CIS returns accurately and on time. Assisting with the preparation of annual accounts from both complete and incomplete records. Liaising directly with clients and HMRC to resolve queries efficiently. Providing oversight and support for the bookkeeping work carried out by colleagues. Attending relevant training and development seminars as required. Carrying out general administrative and office duties. What we're looking for A successful candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience within UK accounting practice and ideally be fully AAT qualified. Apply today to be considered immediately!
