Job Description Identify and develop new business opportunities for short-term management contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Executive should have: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within business services. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer A salary of up to £30,000 per annum.
