We have been instructed by this highly successful, boutique Property and Land Auction House to recruit a professional Auctions Administrator to support the team in Battersea. They specialise in both commercial and residential property sales, and using their online auction platform, they facilitate fast pre- and post-auction transactions.
To be successful in this auctions administrator role, it is important that you have previous experience working within a busy property-based environment dealing with high-end clientele. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative tasks and supporting our client’s marketing efforts. Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Director and her Executive Assistant to support day-to-day office operations
- Managing internal and external correspondence (phone calls, emails, letters, packages)
- Uploading property stock to our website and ensuring all details are accurate
- Keeping records of our online bidders and updating internal databases
- Performing data entry tasks, including updating property records and databases
- Overseeing the inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
- Launching new property listings on various portals, including Rightmove, OnTheMarket, Zoopla, and the website
- Ordering “for sale” boards and placing local advertisements
- Arranging professional drone photography for properties
- Creating and maintaining marketing brochures and other promotional materials
- Running social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Personal specification:
- Previous administration and marketing experience within property
- IT literate and social media savvy
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team
- Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and a keen attention to detail
- Discretion is essential at all times.
Our client is offering a salary package of £30,000 to £35,000. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
