Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in the West End, is seeking a dynamic, confident and highly professional individual their EMEA Facilities and Office Services Team and train to become one of their high performing Corporate Services Team. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing a variety of Workplace support including floor walks, identifying and resolving building and office issues, supporting floor and work space design using CAD systems (full training provided), co-ordinating hard and soft building services, liaison with suppliers and vendors and ensuring a safe and compliant work space for the London staff. Probably a Graduate or A level (or equivalent) educated individual you will probably possess at least 2 years work experience gained in a professional client focussed role such as Hospitality, Customer Service, or Office Services, you will also possess first class communication skills, a positive can-do attitude and above all great energy and enthusiasm. A good knowledge of Word and Excel and bags of common sense and initiative is also needed.
