London/Luxembourg French speaking EA to Principal with weekly travel to Luxembourg – FTC £60,000 - £85,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high-profile Principal in a dynamic 50/50 business and private role within a luxury family office environment.  This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract. Working in a fast-paced, highly trusted position supporting luxury real estate, hospitality, private aviation, and family operations across Europe and beyond. Key responsibilities include: Complex diary, travel, and logistics management Supporting the setup of a new Luxembourg office Coordinating luxury property and hospitality projects Managing documentation, scheduling, and project oversight Supporting family travel, events, and household logistics Liaising with contractors, staff, and external providers Assisting with private aviation and charter arrangements Representing the Principal professionally when required Occasional international travel may be required, including travel via private jet. The ideal candidate will be: Highly discreet and emotionally intelligent Fluent in French Proactive with a naturally hands-on approach Comfortable within UHNW/family office environments Adaptable, polished, and solutions-focused Happy with flexibility and occasional travel Someone who naturally “gets the job done” with minimal direction Candidates from service-led backgrounds are particularly encouraged to apply, including: Yachting crew Ski seasons and luxury resorts High-end hospitality Private household support Luxury customer service environment This role would suit someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, is hands-on, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys delivering exceptional support.
