Job Description The Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator will: Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accounts are up to date. Handle payment runs and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes. Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts payable. Respond to internal and external enquiries regarding payments and invoices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. Support the implementation of process improvements within the accounts payable function. The Successful Applicant A successful Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator professional should have: Ideally previously experience in either an accounts payable or a data entry role. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams. A proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes. What's on Offer Competitive salary of £26,500 - £27,000 per annum.
