Job Description Coordinate student recruitment activities and ensure efficient processes are followed. Provide administrative support, including managing applications and maintaining accurate records. Support with student feedback. Assist in organising recruitment events and ensure they run smoothly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on recruitment goals. Prepare recruitment materials and ensure they are distributed effectively. Attend relevant events, meetings across the organisation. Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information about programmes and opportunities. The Successful Applicant A successful Student Recruitment Assistant should have: A proven ability to manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in supporting events and engaging with diverse stakeholders. A keen interest in working within the not-for-profit sector. Proficiency in using standard office software and systems. A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. What's on Offer A salary ranging from £23,500 to £24,500 per annum, depending on experience.
