We are looking to recruit a proactive, empathetic and flexible Learning and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Sensational Learning Centre (a grant aided special school for neurodivergent children with complex additional support needs) on a full-time permanent basis.Joining Donaldson’s as a Learning and Wellbeing Practitioner offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our supportive and dynamic school community, with a focus on high-quality teaching and learning.You will work collaboratively to create a motivating and safe learning environment which takes account of individual pupil needs and ensures the highest quality of support and safeguarding standards.Experience of working with individuals with additional support needs, good understanding of safeguarding and commitment to Donaldsons’ values and ethos are essential.
