Finisher

You’ll be joining a contractor with a strong pipeline of social housing work across the Birmingham area. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in high-quality finishing work and is looking for ongoing, reliable work within domestic properties.
I’d love to speak to anyone who has worked as a Finisher, Carpenter, Multi Trader, Joiner, or Kitchen Fitter within social housing or property maintenance environments.
As a Finisher, you will be:

• Completing finishing carpentry works within void properties
• Carrying out final fix carpentry to a high standard
• Completing snagging and making good works
• Hanging doors, fitting skirting boards, and completing architrave works
• Working within social housing properties across Birmingham

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• Previous experience as a Finisher within social housing
• Strong carpentry and final fix experience
• Their own tools and transport
• The ability to work independently and deliver quality finishes

This role is based across Birmingham, working within void social housing properties for Birmingham City Council. Birmingham offers excellent transport links across the West Midlands, with easy access via the M6, M5, A38, and Aston Expressway, making travel between properties straightforward.
