We are looking for someone experienced in delivering a high-quality hospitality service who is confident and capable of organising a team around the needs of a flexible and constantly evolving business. You will be a confident communicator able to facilitate and organise requests from both internal and external stakeholders. Your customer service skills will be excellent, providing a welcoming and professional environment for a wide range of staff, students and external stakeholders. You will collaborate effectively with the hospitality team of customer care assistants reporting to the Hospitality Coordinator, maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for the team and wider business. You will have the opportunity to learn new IT skills in order to support the Hospitality Coordinator with ordering and scheduling. The role has the potential for development into a wider events-based function with The AMRC’s ever increasing demand for technology driven business development events. This would be the ideal role for someone enthusiastic about providing a positive customer experience and looking to work within a varied hospitality role. £23,742 to £24,684 (pro-rata). With the potential to progress to £25,804 (pro-tata) through sustained contribution.
