Dialysis Support Officer

A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our Renal Dialysis Team at Royal Preston Hospital as a Dialysis Support Officer. The role involves working early and late shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7:00am and 8:00pm, during the unit's operational hours. The role involves assisting the nursing and technical staff with the day-to-day running of a busy renal dialysis unit. Duties will include the organisation of consumables required for dialysis, the preparation of dialysis equipment for the treatment of patients, external cleaning of dialysis machines following treatment, and moving equipment as required. Applicants should have a friendly and caring demeanour with the ability to work with others in a busy professional environment. Full training will be given.
