Support for Learning Assistants (Advanced)

Job AdvertThere are 2 posts: CS3929 - 22.5 hours per week CS2434 - 20 hours per week Falkirk Council are looking to recruit a Support for Learning Assistant to support learners within the Enhanced Provision Base within Shieldhill Primary School. You will provide support for teachers and children to enhance experiences and achievement. You will undertake a range of support activities with regards to general supervision, safety, care and well-being of the children. Good communication skills are essential, and the role will require you to support children with sensory, social and emotional needs.  You should enjoy working as part of a team. You will work 22.5 hours per week on a term time basis. Your working pattern will be Monday to Friday 9.00am – 1.30pm. If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
