An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join this specialist lettings and property management estate agency in Pinner. Our client prides themselves on their fantastic local reputation and loyal clientele.

To be successful you will have at least 1-2 years’ experience as a lettings negotiator with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and good knowledge of current legislation. They are looking for an individual with first class customer service skills, who is well organised, and able to think on their feet. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

Personal specification:

• A minimum 2 years’ experience as a lettings negotiator
• ARLA/NFoPP would be beneficial
• Familiar with lettings software including Rightmove and Zoopla back office
• Good local knowledge
• Confident, energetic, enthusiastic and articulate
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

The salary for this lettings negotiator role will include a basic in the region of £25,000, plus on target earnings of £30,000 to £35,000. Benefits include 21 days holiday plus bank/public holidays, pension scheme and performance related bonuses, and opportunities to gain industry related qualifications. Business mileage and a parking permit will be provided.
