My client is looking for an organised individual, with excellent analytical skills that is looking for an opportunity to get in to the energy industry working closely with the finance team. My client is a medium sized organisation based in East Leeds, known for the their commitment to providing top quality training and working culture to their employees. Job Description Manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies as required. Generate invoices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation. Assist with client queries related to billing and payments. Work closely with the finance team to support month-end and year-end processes. Identify and implement process improvements for billing operations. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Billing Associate should have: Previous experience in Billing would be preferred but not essential Previous experience in the Energy industry would be advantageous but not essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
