What you'll be doing:

• Inputting to databases/spreadsheets
  
• Raising purchase orders
  
• Invoicing
  
• Supplier relations
  
• Client interface
  
• Adhering to all H & S
  
• General office duties
  

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading, supervising, and supporting a team in a day-to-day operational setting
  
• Strong background in contract administration, commercial support, or a related administrative function, with an understanding of compliance requirements
  
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team and support senior management, fostering a collaborative work environment
  
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and proficiency in relevant business systems
