What you'll be doing:
- Inputting to databases/spreadsheets
- Raising purchase orders
- Invoicing
- Supplier relations
- Client interface
- Adhering to all H & S
- General office duties
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading, supervising, and supporting a team in a day-to-day operational setting
- Strong background in contract administration, commercial support, or a related administrative function, with an understanding of compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team and support senior management, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and proficiency in relevant business systems
