Location - Coventry City Centre Pay - £13.00 per hour – Weekly Pay Start Date - Immediate Start Available Working Hours - 09:00am to 16:00pm (Monday - Thursday) Term - Temporary Ongoing About Us AMJ Recruitment are a growing Recruitment business based in Coventry City Centre, specialising in Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial recruitment. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. The Role This position will involve supporting the Recruitment team with all aspects of resourcing, administration and compliance. Duties will include: • Sourcing and screening candidates • Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms • Speaking with candidates and arranging registrations/interviews • Managing candidate compliance and documentation • General recruitment administration duties • Supporting Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial recruitment operations What We’re Looking For • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Good communication and organisational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential • Driving licence/driving is not essential What We Offer • Weekly pay • City centre location • Early finish and 4-day working week • Supportive working environment • Opportunity to develop within Recruitment If you are motivated, organized and looking to start a career within Recruitment, we would love to hear from you.
