Our locally curated voco Grand Central stands strong in Glasgow’s city centre, bringing together un-stuffy service and a warm Glasgow welcome to our business and leisure guests alike. Holding the biggest ballroom in Scotland with natural light and our iconic award-winning Champagne Central Bar, our Hotel is full of over 140 years of culture, history, and storytelling with our relaxing spaces for guests to enjoy.

We’re looking for a Mixologist to bring energy, confidence, an eye for detail, personality, and a dash of showmanship to one of Glasgow’s most iconic venues. As an experienced Mixologist, you will have a creative flair, be someone who can entertain and educate our guests whilst mixing drinks, talking to customers about spirits and offering trivia and history about various alcohols to keep customers engaged. You will have vast knowledge of signature cocktails but also love creating something new, unique, and fun. Keeping up to date with seasonality and cocktail trends and making recommendations to our guests!

You are passionate about people, delivering a great service and a little bit of glamour — this is your moment to shine. Must have previous experience working as a Senior Bartender, Cocktail Bartender or Mixologist and are used to working in a busy environment.

We are looking for someone who has…

• Availability to work Full Time 40 hrs per week.

• A personal license (highly beneficial)

• An un-stuffy, thoughtful approach to service. You will be someone who enjoys showcasing your personality and your ability to be a host to our guests, providing them with a laid-back stay.

• An interest in our environment and sustainability – we are characterised by innovation and finding ways to become more sustainable.

• Overall, ready to work in our voco team and provide our guests with a warm Glasgow welcome!
