HW Finance are pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing and acquisitive financial services business, to support them with the hire of a new Financial Controller, as a result of internal promotion. About the role: This is a varied and hands-on role, preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts for the UK and European group, assisting with integrations, supporting process improvements, and managing a small team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly management accounts for all UK and EU entities Manage company bank accounts and oversee supplier payment runs Assist with integration of new entities and wider finance-related projects Ensure robust financial controls and reconciliations are maintained Support process improvements and implement new processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee and manage two Finance Assistants About You: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent) Strong financial reporting/management accounting or audit background Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Services sector experience (desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Used to supporting more junior team members Professional and positive approach What’s on offer: Salary up to c£60k (dependent on experience) + 10% bonus Excellent wider package Hybrid working Excellent progression prospects on offer as the business continues to grow
