• Provide essential social work expertise to family courts within public law proceedings concerning children and families
• Conduct thorough assessments and analyse information to aid informed judicial decisions
• Draft detailed reports and recommendations prioritising the child’s welfare in every aspect of practice
• Coordinate with legal professionals, education leaders, health services, and partner agencies to accumulate a holistic view of a child's needs
• Attend court hearings and deliver evidence-based recommendations to the judiciary
• Offer support to children and families throughout court procedures, providing guidance and reassurance in difficult times
