Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic member of the administration team who is passionate about the delivery of a high quality service. The successful candidate will have significant experience in administrative duties, good customer care skills, experience of dealing with enquiries either by telephone or face to face, have NVQ level 2 or equivalent level of experience in administration and office procedures as well as good typing/keyboard skills. The post holder is responsible for ensuring the provision of an efficient clinical support service including Reception/Contact Centre service, undertaking the administrative duties associated with medical and nurse clinics and maintaining the medical records filing systems.
