Logistics Operative

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Logistics Operative to join an established contract packing and distribution business based in Eurocentral.

Our client is a well-established specialist in contract packing and bonded warehousing, working with some of the UK's most recognised drinks and consumer brands.

What's on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position
• Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5:30pm
• 13.45 per hour - paid weekly
• Immediate start available

As a Logistics Operative, your duties will include:

• Using powered pallet trucks to move stock safely around the warehouse
• Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
• Putting stock away accurately into racking locations
• Keeping accurate records of products going out for delivery
• Supporting the production team when stock support is not required

To be considered as a Logistics Operative, you will need:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or stock control environment
• PPT experience is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate stock records
• A reliable, organised approach to work in a fast-paced environment
