Job Title: Production Operative
Pay Rate: £15.87 per hour 
Shifts: Nights - Mon, Tues & Wed 17:45 – 06:15 - Work 36 hours and get paid for 46 hours (nightshift premium) Days Monday to Thursday 0600-1800 – 46 hours – Overtime time and one quarter!
Location: Ryton on Dunsmore
Status: Temporary to Permanent (13-week qualifying period)

About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality composite boards and associated products. Your duties will include:

• Machine operation and quality checks
• Preparation and implementation of production tasks
• Rubbing down, stacking, and reworking materials
• Performing basic maintenance of the line and work areas
• Manual handling responsibilities
