Working hours
- Monday, Thursday, Friday
- 05:00 – 15:00
- Potential Saturday morning overtime depending on workload
Your responsibilities as a Meat Cutter
- Strip joints and prepare primal cuts
- Cut steaks to specification
- Prepare chicken and other meat products
- Work accurately to production targets and customer specifications
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
What we’re looking for in a Meat Cutter
- Previous experience within a meat cutting, butchery or processing environment
- Good knife skills and manual dexterity
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early starts
- Strong attention to quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Physically fit and comfortable in a demanding production environment
- Willingness to learn and develop site-specific skills and processes
