Marketing Coordinator (June–September Contract) Arts Company – Summer Contract Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH Some evening work for events 20th & 21st June – essential evening availability ASAP start An established arts organisation is looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join their busy team from June to September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, creative and eager to get stuck in during one of their most exciting periods of the year. You’ll be joining a warm, collaborative Marketing team made up of marketers, designers and video editors, working across both B2B and B2C campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing Support summer marketing campaigns across multiple projects Provide admin support to the full marketing team Send out communications and information to partners and audiences Edit website content (cropping images, tightening copy, updating pages) Assist with events Manage guest lists and help run events smoothly Support on shoots when required Attend press nights as needed Assist with social media General admin & hands‑on tasks , including occasional heavy lifting Run errands to support the wider team What They’re Looking For Strong administrative skills (this role is admin‑heavy) Interest in marketing (experience desirable) Confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑moving environment Experience with Photoshop or Canva is a bonus Interest in theatre/arts is a plus A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
