Team Assistant on the Trading Floor – Global Investment Bank Temp to perm opportunity £42k per annum equivalent 8 am – 5 pm Office-based 5 days per week This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced trading floor of a leading global investment bank, right at the centre of the action. We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Team Assistant who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment and enjoys supporting senior stakeholders within a busy, high-performing team. This role will see you managing complex international travel arrangements, coordinating multiple busy diaries across different time zones, and becoming involved in a variety of projects and events. You’ll support a group of 4–5 Managing Directors alongside a wider team of approximately 20–25 people, while also providing additional team support where needed. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be confident managing competing priorities, working at pace, and delivering with accuracy under pressure. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Complex diary and calendar management Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple international time zones Managing a high volume of calls and emails, ensuring information is communicated efficiently and accurately Organising meeting rooms and video conferences across various global locations Coordinating extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation Processing and preparing expenses Assisting with ad hoc tasks and team projects while maintaining day-to-day workflow Providing proactive support to the wider team with daily requests and operational needs Offering holiday and phone cover for colleagues when required WHO YOU ARE: Proven experience working as a Team Assistant or PA within a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting teams of 10+ people Previous experience within Financial Services or Investment Banking is highly desirable Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple time-sensitive tasks Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally A collaborative team player who performs well under pressure in a constantly changing environment Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support across multiple teams Proactive, resourceful, and confident using initiative to solve problems Strong discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Friendly, approachable, and hands-on with a positive, can-do attitude REF: CLS174989 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
