We’re looking for a Direct Healthcare Administrator to join our friendly and inclusive team in Lytham St Annes . In this role, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our clients, ensuring their healthcare and protection policies run smoothly for the benefit of their employees. Your work will have a meaningful impact, helping businesses care for their people. How you'll make an impact Support our consultants in servicing and renewing client accounts. Respond to client queries promptly and obtain market quotations when needed. Solve client issues efficiently and professionally. Prepare high-quality reports for renewals and new business. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, insurers, and providers. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is well-organised. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in customer-facing or administrative roles and enjoys working with people. Is confident, approachable, and communicates clearly. Has excellent attention to detail and can manage their workload independently. Is proficient in Microsoft Office. Is eligible to work in the UK.
