An inspiring, charitable, and extremely busy HNWI is seeking a part-time Private PA to work 2 days a week from her private residence in Chelsea, SW London. This HNWI leads a phenomenally busy life; travelling extensively, managing a charitable organisation, philanthropic projects, and a jam-packed calendar of seasonal events. This individual has exacting standards and requires someone to work at an efficient, meticulous pace – they are also a clear communicator and exceptionally welcoming, generous, and kind. Duties will include; - Researching travel and planning trips - Overseeing all personal finances - Managing property portfolio including rental properties, and overseas property - Overseeing household maintenance - Managing utility bills - Online shopping - Household management – post, deliveries, maintenance, household staff - Keeping detailed lists/reports of all expenditures and costs - Keeping contact sheet up to date - Booking private appointments This person will need to be tech-savvy, and good with Mac/Apple products. This Private PA must be experienced, professional, and respectful - used to working within a private home environment, and happy working on their own regularly. A French Speaker would be a big bonus!
