Receptionist We’re working with a well‑established global asset management firm based in central London, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a credible platform with a strong reputation for developing its support staff. With a well-structured team already in place, this role has opened due to internal progression, reflecting the investment they place in training and growth. You’ll work alongside another receptionist, managing the front-of-house function while acting as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders. The role will include meeting coordination, diary checks, organising catering, managing meeting rooms, and supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks across the business. You’ll also have exposure to wider teams, giving you a strong foundation to develop your skillset over time.
