Our client, a small and busy international travel organisation, are seeking a Temporary Operations Coordinator to support their London team during a particularly busy summer period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and is confident dealing with travel logistics and operational administration. This is a temporary role running from the start of June through to the end of August. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating accommodation, meals, and travel arrangements for visiting student groups Liaising with hotels, suppliers, and tour directors Supporting the smooth delivery of educational and cultural travel programmes Handling operational administration and logistics Communicating with internal teams and external partners Assisting with general office coordination within a small London-based team About You: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Calm under pressure and adaptable during busy periods Experienced in travel, events, operations, or logistics administration A confident communicator with excellent coordination skills Happy working as part of a small, collaborative office team Please note this is an office-based role Bain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer.
