HGV Driver – Class 1 Nights

We are recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for night trunking work to start immediately for our clients based in Preston & surrounding areas.HGV Class 1 is also known as Cat C+E for those who are more recent passes.As these positions are ASAP, we will need you to be immediately available so please don’t apply unless you are.To work with us as a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will need…● A UK issued Class 1 driving Licence
● A valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
● Less than 8 points on your licence
● To be keen to look after your vehicle and be punctual and reliableHGV Class 1 Night Driver responsibilities include:● Trunking from depot to depot.● Daily walk round and Vehicle checks. Reporting existing damage and defects.● Correct use of Tachograph and drivers hoursThe successful Class 1 HGV Drivers can expect:● Monday-Friday: £18.69 – £22.69 PAYE Per Hour Adv.
● Weekly Pay, paid on time every time.
● 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per shift
