Role Overview The Talent Set is delighted to partner with our Professional Membership Body on a fantastic Sales Admin/ Lead Generator role. This position is essential for expanding client outreach, identifying new opportunities, and supporting sales growth through targeted lead development. The successful candidate will contribute to building a strong pipeline for future business. Key Responsibilities Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments. Engage with prospects through outbound communication channels such as calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass qualified prospects to the sales team. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and interactions in the CRM system. Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and foster continued interest. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation. Person Specification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms for outreach and data management. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets. Adaptable and open to learning new methods of outreach and client engagement.
