Job Description

Fife Voluntary Action (FVA) is looking for a Coordinator to develop and grow a Fife Peer Support network. You will work within the peer support principles of hope, empowerment, authenticity, responsibility, mutuality and experience. You will work with the network to grow a shared understanding of the different types of peer support and work with partners to co-produce a programme of training and workshops to embed peer support and practice within organisations across the statutory and third sector in Fife.About YouFVA is looking for someone who has experience of working in the field of peer support and/or co-production, including practical experience of working with and supporting volunteers.
