Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placing temporary and permanent candidates.
Operating in a fast paced, target driven environment, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing existing client relationships, and delivering a high quality customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and building strong relationships with new construction clients
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Winning new vacancies
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from new vacancies to placements
- Ensuring full compliance and documentation is completed
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
About You:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (construction sector preferred)
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills
- Target driven with a strong sales mentality
- Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and clients
- Familiar with recruitment systems and compliance processes
